TSTA Trading Academy - Refund Policy


Trade Sutra Trading Academy (TSTA) aims to maintain transparency regarding course fees, payments, and refunds. By enrolling in our courses, webinars, or educational programs, users agree to this Refund Policy.


Course Fee Policy

All fees paid for TSTA courses, webinars, workshops, or educational services are generally non-transferable and non-refundable.


Introduction Class Policy

No refund requests will be accepted after completion of the introductory class or after access to course content has been provided.


Refund Requests

Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of TSTA management. In very special circumstances approved by TSTA management, a refund may be considered. If approved, the refund may be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method. All such cases will be handled privately and confidentially.


Non-Transferable Fees

Course fees paid by a student cannot be transferred to another person, batch, course, or service unless specifically approved by TSTA management.
